- Collection of Personal Information
Risk Resolve Pty Ltd (“Risk Resolve”) may collect personal information from our Client and its employees, agents, or subcontractors as necessary for the performance of the Services. This information may include, but is not limited to, names, addresses, contact details, employment details, and any other information that is pertinent to the Services being provided.
- Use of Personal Information
Personal information collected by Risk Resolve will be used solely for the purposes of performing the Services outlined in our Agreements. Risk Resolve will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is protected against misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.
Risk Resolve will not disclose personal information to any third party without the prior written consent of our Client, except where such disclosure is required by law or is necessary to fulfill the obligations under our Agreement. In circumstances where Risk Resolve engages third-party service providers, Risk Resolve will ensure that such providers adhere to confidentiality and privacy obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy.
- Access to Personal Information
Our Client and its employees have the right to request access to any personal information held by Risk Resolve and to request corrections of any inaccuracies. Requests for access or correction should be directed to Risk Resolve’s Privacy Officer.
- Storage and Security of Personal Information
Risk Resolve will store personal information in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. Personal information may be stored electronically in secure data storage facilities or in hard copy at Risk Resolve’s premises, all of which are secured with appropriate physical, technical, and administrative measures.
- Retention of Personal Information
Risk Resolve will retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. Upon the expiration of this period, personal information will be securely destroyed or de-identified.
- Complaints and Disputes
Any complaints or disputes regarding the handling of personal information should be addressed to Risk Resolve’s Privacy Officer. Risk Resolve will promptly investigate any complaint and notify the Client of the outcome. If the Client is not satisfied with the resolution, they may seek further recourse through the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
- Changes to the Privacy Policy
Risk Resolve reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client and will take effect upon such notification. Continued use of the Services following notification of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
- Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Both parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Victoria in relation to any dispute arising under this Privacy Policy.
